Today we journey north to Santarém, home to one of the Church's most celebrated Eucharistic Miracles. After time for prayer and reflection, we continue to Fátima, where the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to three shepherd children in 1917. Upon arrival, pilgrims have the opportunity to visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima and begin experiencing the spiritual atmosphere of this sacred destination.
Today is devoted to prayer and reflection in Fátima, one of the world's most important Marian pilgrimage sites. Pilgrims visit the Chapel of the Apparitions, the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, and Valinhos, where the three shepherd children experienced several of the events surrounding the apparitions of 1917. Throughout the day, there will be opportunities for Mass, personal prayer, and spiritual renewal.

Our visit includes the remarkable Old and New Cathedrals, two magnificent churches joined together over centuries of history. We also explore the beautiful Plaza Mayor, considered one of Spain's most elegant public squares.
Our pilgrimage continues with a visit to Alba de Tormes, where Saint Teresa of Ávila is buried and honored as one of the Church's great spiritual leaders. We then travel to Ávila, her hometown, famous for its remarkably preserved medieval walls and impressive cathedral.
